In quell’occasione si era ribadita la posizione del partito favorevole al mantenimento della gestione pubblica, pur con le modalità che il decreto permette.

Salvo che qualcuno ritenga di avere lui la potestà di commissariare gli organi di partito, ma non risulta che abbia questa prerogativa, non è stata messa in discussione la legittimità del comportamento della sezione di Meda, che continuerà a rappresentare gli aderenti anche nei momenti difficili che si stanno vivendo.
