the City Council Meda is experiencing a paradoxical situation.
For some time the director Mastrapasqua , which calls itself the representative of the right hand, is acting for its own account without a single reference to what are the organs of the party and without agreeing anything with regard to the positions taken by the party itself on the resolutions, motions and everything concerning the life of the commune.
is clear that such a bizarre situation is the result of unilateral decisions and that does not match anything in the social aspirations of the Right to Meda has a particular significance, as confirmed by higher bodies, which it 'logically head the initiative in the political governance.
It must, however, register the strangeness of some of the conduct dall'autoesclusosi advisor on important votes and who under the policy section of the right hand of Meda had long ago decided to develop. Already sitting in the City Council of December 22, 2009, regarding the discussion on the proposal for transformation of the Moor Park in Regional Park Briantea by Plis, Councillor Mastrapasqua held conduct not in line with the party. The Right Meda is seen therefore compelled to state that it supports the transformation of the Park in supra-regional park, and not to the vote share of what should be its representative at the City Council.
In meeting held on May 6, 2010 has been reached then the inconsistency. Let us recall that in the budget the council had voted in favor, especially for the fact that the majority had accepted an amendment, which he presented for an additional allocation of a social nature, in favor of the Nursing Home: this certainly agreed with the party and therefore representative of the will of the Right of Meda. Ultimately, the right of Meda Mastrapasqua states that the Council does not represent the party, but only himself and that if the orders come to vote the PDL would do something "useful" to return to the ranks from which he came.
